Eclipse towers are some of the best residential apartments in Istanbul. The complex includes a fine gym, indoor pool and children playgrounds; but an important point in choosing a place to live is the security; unfortunately, there have been a couple of robberies in the premises where thieves have entered the flats in a short time while the tenants were not present, with no problem with the door locks or the security personnel! These robberies have caused a poor reputation for the complex.

I have lived there for some time and I cannot say anything against the building itself, the views are beautiful and the gym and pool are OK, there is a supermarket and taxi station beneath the complex and I had no problem with the building, but beware about two things: this place is a bit off the grid and you have to walk at least for 20 minutes among not so pleasant streets of a neighboring car repairs complex (see the surroundings on map) or bypass it by walking ten more minutes to reach the nearest public transport station, and you have to inquire the monthly charges of your residence with the building manager, not trusting the amounts that your real state agent tells you when calculating you expenses.

it is a quite consortium. you will feel so relaxed and tranquil when you see forest and the third bridge from balcony. A supermarket is just underneath the building, so you may find daily-used items in it. however the access is not that easy to find without a navigation. overall, it is a comfortable place to stay.
